One of the things that I really like about this movie is that it is based on a true story. The whole movie pretty much focuses on the CIA agent known as Maya, the agent that was on the case from the very beginning, and it is the story of how hard she worked and the hardships she faced physically and emotionally. It goes over a time line of 10 years, the 10 years that passed from the 9/11 attacks and Osama's eventual death in 2011. The plot of this movie has to follow a certain story line because it is based on a true story but they do more then just the simple killing of Osama bin Laden. The actors mix certain emotions together whether it be timidness mixed with arrogance or confidence mixed with brutality and it makes a great performance. Each actor puts there own skill into the roles they they're planing and make the character their own.

There are no extremely famous actors in this movie but there are quite a few known ones such as Jessica Chastain seen in the movie the Help, Jason Clarke seen in the movie Public Enemies, Kyle Chandler seen in the TV show Friday Night Lights, and finally Chris Pratt seen in the TV Comedy Parks and Recreation. It is a very well cast movie will a few famous actors and a few new faces. The acting in this movie is also very impressive. The soundtrack is defiantly fitting for the genre of the movie and works very well. It may not be as memorable as Inception or The Dark Knights soundtracks but it doesn't really need to be considering it's a historical movie based on true events.

There is also more intense songs for some of the scenes that need it but the music is very good. Its almost like salty and sweet going together, you wouldn't expect them to work but they just do and it is great. It incorporated soft types of singing in more dramatic parts adding to the suspense fitting perfectly. The sound track of this movie is original and perfect for the film. This movie very good based on the categories of soundtrack, acting, plot, and the fact that it has an accurate historical background. Then from there it takes the audience on a crazy and fascinating ride about this crazy manhunt. It is the type of movie where new and major characters are introduced periodically all through the movie. The movie starts out with a black screen and the recordings of phones calls and plane transitions from September 11th, 2001.The beginning of the movie introduces only 2 of the main characters, people only by the name Dan and Maya and we are led to believe that those are just their code names. The movie Zero Dark Thirty is the story of the biggest manhunt in United States history the hunt for Osama bin Laden.
